CARPET FLOOD RESTORATION

Whether it’s heavy rain, a plumbing issue, or you fell asleep in the shower. we are here to help.

We will:

• Extract the water, and clean to remove any brown water staining.
• Lift the carpet, remove the saturated underlay (if required).
• Leave fans/dehumidifiers to ensure the carpet, and slab underneath are dry.
• Return 2 days later (give or take) and measure the moisture levels to ensure it is safe.
• If dry, we’ll replace the underlay, relay carpet.
• Disinfect the carpet and slab to remove any mould that may have started to form as a result of moisture.
• Supply necessary photos and documentation for insurance purposes.
